To schedule a final reading, start a new service, or questions about current bill call 708-499-7762.

Residential: New Rates as of June 1, 2023

All services are billed on a quarterly basis.

Water:

• 0 to 9,000 gallons at $7.22 per 1,000 gallons (minimum charge of $64.98)
• 9,001 to 30,000 at $7.57 per 1,000 gallons
• Over 30,000 gallons at $7.92 per 1,000 gallons

Sewer: $25.89 per Quarter, plus Sewer Rehab charge of .90 per one thousand (1,000) gallons of any usage of water metered.

Water use and consumption tax: $7.20 Minimum Plus:

• $1.05 per thousand up to 120,000
• $1.59 per thousand up to 240,000
• $2.55 per thousand up to 360,000
• $4.05 per thousand up to 360,000

Commercial and Industrial Rates: New Rates starting June 1, 2023

Water:

• 0-3,000 gallons a minimum charge of $21.66
• 3,001-10,000 gallons at $7.57 per 1,000 gallons
• Over 10,000 gallons at $7.92 per 1,000 gallons

Sewer: $10.30 per unit, per month; plus Sewer Rehab charge of $2.17 per one thousand (1,000) gallons of any usage of water metered.

Water use and consumption tax - $2.40 minimum plus:

• $0.35 per thousand up to 40,000
• $0.53 per thousand up to 80,000
• $0.85 per thousand up to 120,000
• $1.35 per thousand up to 120,000

New Rates as of November 1, 2022

Refuse: $69.60 per quarter or $61.17 for Seniors (over 65) or a person with a disability

Seniors over 65 must apply for discount in person at Village Hall. Please bring proof of birth date.

Persons with a disability must apply for the discount in person at Village Hall.  Please bring either a valid “Illinois Person with a Disability Identification Card” or SSI Benefit Verification Letter which contains the applicant’s current residence, age and disability.

Water Turn-on Fees for nonpayment:

• $125.00 between the hours of 8:30 A.M. & 4:00 P.M. (Monday through Friday)
• $ 225.00 for any other time than stated above.
