Dear Oak Lawn Business Owner:
As you are aware several states have begun reopening their local businesses. While Illinois businesses will be governed by guidelines issued by respective IL licensing bodies, we thought it would be helpful to you to have some idea of how other states handling reopening of their businesses (Restaurants, Salons, Barbers, etc.) so that while you are awaiting IL guidelines, you can be thinking about how this might work for you and your employees.
We have highlighted guidance or news stories from the state of Tennessee, Georgia, Montana, Colorado, and Oklahoma.
Again, this is for your information only, but we hope this will be helpful as you plan or think about items you might need or new procedures which will help you to reopen when our Governor allows reopening here in Illinois.
The U.S. Small Business Administration is offering designated states and territories low-interest federal disaster loans for working capital to small businesses suffering substantial economic injury as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
