Charitable Event Permit Applications
A permit is required for charitable organizations to solicit donations on street corners. Door to Door Solicitor Permit Applications
Peddlers, solicitors, and itinerant merchants shall register by applying to obtain a license to engage in itinerant selling, peddling, and soliciting within the village. Itinerant merchants, where applicable, shall be licensed by the state under the Transient Merchant Act.
Raffle License Application
Village Code requires a raffle license before conducting a raffle. Raffle License Applications can be obtained from the Village Clerk's office or by clicking on the link below. Applicant must submit a completed application to the Village Clerk's office.

Handicap Placard Application
The Village Clerk's office may issue a temporary handicap placard for parking per the administrative rules of the Secretary of State. According to the Illinois Secretary of State's office, a temporary handicap parking placard issued from your local municipality is valid for no more than ninety (90) days, and shall not be subject to renewal.
