SunGard HTE
Computer Aided Dispatch
Our Computer Aided Dispatch system also referred to as CAD consists of a suite of software we use to perform various tasks. All calls that require Police, Fire, or EMS assistance are entered into the CAD system and prioritized. Calls are then routed and sent to the dispatcher which are dispatched by radio and electronically to the responding units Mobile Data Terminal or MDT. All positions and MDT’s have access to State/Federal Criminal Histories, Secretary of State, and various other resources. This is an advanced system combining multiple technologies to provide as much information to the individuals in the field to perform the job efficiently and most importantly safely.

This system also plots all 911 calls on a GIS based mapping system. If you dial 911 from your home LAN line or cell phone it will show you position on the map. This system is completely Wireless Phase II compliant. Depending you what technology the cellular provider uses and the type of cell phone you have, it will pint point your location within few feet.

Positron
Phone System

Our 911 phone system has a direct connection to the CAD system, which enables 911 call data to automatically entered into call tickets. The phone system is a state of the art system recently installed with the renovation and modernized the entire process. There is an limit-less rolodex so dispatchers to search for any speed-dial numbers they need. The entire operation is done via touch screen monitors with a PC based front end. This system has complete digital recording and time stamping of all incidents and calls received.

We have the capability to transfer emergency and non-emergency calls to the agency responding for assistance. This system has complete expandability for future projects and replaced an analog push button system that was out of real estate for growth.

Motorola CENTRACOM Gold Elite
Radio System

The radio system also has a PC based front end. With touch screen monitors to activate any necessary tools. This system is highly customizable and expandable. Out old system was an analog push button panel that was completely maxed out and wouldn’t accommodate any additions. This is a widely used system deployed in 911 centers across the country.

Consoles

Branded under the Synergy name these consoles are completely adjustable for ergonomic comfort and are truly sit-to-stand. The consoles allow for easy technology access and complete integration for the voice and data systems. Each position accommodates three 19’’ LCD’s across the center and two 19’’ LCD touch screen monitors, one on each side. The consoles also have complete adjustability for the touch screen monitors that control the phone and radio systems. This equipment is much better than the old consoles that had zero adjustability.
