Family Service’s staff is composed of professional counselors who have Master’s degrees in Social Work or Counseling. Many of our counselors have additional licensure which is regulated by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation.
We also have an internship program in which students who are pursuing their master’s degree counsel clients under the supervision of a senior licensed therapist.
Our staff will consult with psychiatrists and psychologists on individual problems and will work with clergymen, schools, physicians, police, fire and others with the client’s consent.
