IDOT Construction Project
The Illinois Department of Transportation ("IDOT") will be starting a street resurfacing project in May. The construction will include street resurfacing (grind and overlay) work on Pulaski only. IDOT will not be replacing the curb, sidewalk, etc. unless necessary. The project should not have a major effect on our Village as it’s a border/boundary street. The work will go from Columbus Ave to 95th St. and Pulaski. K-Five is the contractor, and they anticipate starting the project in May and completing the work by September 2024.
